Sanhedria - Where our children feel at home Faculty

Sanhedria's professional staff works with municipalities around the country and their departments of social services, as well as treating psychologists, psychiatrists and physicians. In addition to our in-house social workers, psychologist and art therapist, each child has a case worker assigned to him via the local municipality from where he was referred.

Afternoon programs includes an array of in-house classes such as computers, carpentry and music. A special education teacher works with the kids daily either in intimate groups or one-on-one, helping them with their homework assignments and to prepare for tests.

Domestic staff

Domestic staff

A cook, laundress, handyman and caretaker ensure a smooth daily operation of freshly cooked meals, clean and pressed clothing and a spotless floor. These free up the 'foster parents' time to be solely available both emotionally and physically to tend to the children's many needs.
